Repair, installation, servicing, shifting and spare parts for home and commercial washing machines across Dhaka. Every service below comes with a written quote before work begins and a receipt that lists exactly what was done.
Core services
Fault-finding and repair for every kind of breakdown: no drain, no spin, leaks, loud drums, door locks, error codes and dead control boards. Our technicians carry pumps, inlet valves, door locks, gaskets, brushes, belts and capacitors for the most common models, so the majority of repairs finish on the first visit.
A new machine deserves a proper start. We remove the transit bolts (the most common cause of violent shaking on a new washer), level the machine on a stable base, connect the inlet and drain hoses to your existing plumbing, check the earth connection and run a test cycle with you.
Detergent residue, lint and hard-water scale build up quietly until a machine starts to smell, drain slowly or overheat. A deep-clean service strips the drum and tub of residue, clears the pump filter, checks the hoses and gasket, and gives you a written health report.

Not every visit is a breakdown. These are quick, fixed-price jobs we often combine with a repair or service to save you a second call-out.
Safe disconnection, drum locking and reinstallation when you move flats — including a new drain route if the bathroom layout changes.
Raised stands and wheeled trolleys that keep the machine off wet bathroom floors and make cleaning underneath possible.
Advice and fitting of a suitable voltage protector for areas with frequent load-shedding and voltage swings.
Braided steel inlet hoses and dedicated washer taps that reduce the risk of bursts while you’re out.
Genuine and compatible spares sourced for you, with fitting included, so you don’t have to hunt through Stadium Market.
Priority visits and maintenance schedules for hostels, salons, clinics, restaurants and small laundry shops.

These are our labour charges from August 2026. Parts are quoted separately because prices vary by brand and model. The visit and diagnosis fee is deducted from the bill whenever you go ahead with the repair.
For washer-dryer combos, commercial machines above 12 kg, and jobs outside our regular coverage area, we quote after seeing a photo of the model sticker.

Floor mats, drop cloths and a proper clean-up after every job.
A full wash-and-spin test with you watching before we ask for payment.
And the fifth: if the same fault comes back within 90 days, we return and fix it at no charge.
Services FAQ
We can, but we’d usually advise you to contact the brand’s service centre first — opening the machine may affect the manufacturer’s warranty. Once that warranty has ended, we’re happy to help.
Yes. Washer-dryers share most parts with front-loaders, plus a heater and condenser system. We quote these after seeing the model number because parts availability varies.
If the repair costs more than roughly half the price of a comparable new machine, or the drum and tub are corroded, we’ll tell you honestly that replacement makes more sense. We never push a repair that isn’t worth it.
No. We don’t sell machines, which means we have no reason to talk you into replacing one. We’ll happily install whatever you buy, from any shop.
