Dhaka’s hard water, dusty air and unstable power take a steady toll on washing machines. A scheduled deep-clean service catches worn parts early, removes the scale and residue that cause smells and slow drains, and costs far less than the breakdowns it prevents.

Prices valid from 1 August 2026 for machines inside our regular Dhaka coverage area. Parts needed during a service are quoted separately and fitted only with your approval.
Inside a deep-clean service
A proper service is more than running a tub-clean program. Our technicians partly strip the machine to reach the areas where residue and scale collect, and check the parts most likely to fail next.

Between services
After the last wash of the day, leave the door and drawer ajar so the gasket and drum can dry. It’s the simplest way to stop smells.
Overdosing is the top cause of residue and foam leaks. Follow the pack’s soft-water dose — more powder doesn’t mean cleaner clothes.
Coins, keys and hairpins are behind most pump failures and scratched drums we see. Check every pocket, every time.
Leave a hand’s width of space at the top of the drum. Overloading strains the bearings and dampers and washes poorly.
The small door at the bottom front hides the pump filter. Put a towel down, drain it slowly and clear the lint once a month.
Switch off at the wall during storms and use a voltage protector if your building has frequent generator changeovers.
For businesses
A hostel with a broken machine, or a salon without clean towels, loses more in a day than a year of maintenance costs. Our commercial plan puts every machine on a schedule, keeps a service log you can show to management or inspectors, and gets you to the front of the queue when something fails.
We currently look after machines for student hostels, beauty salons, small clinics, restaurants and neighbourhood laundry shops across Dhaka. Tell us how many machines you run and how often, and we’ll prepare a written proposal within two working days.

For a family washing daily, every four months is ideal — that’s why the Home Care Plan includes three visits. Lighter users can manage with one deep clean a year.
Yes. A second machine at the same address is added for ৳2,500 per year and serviced during the same visits.
Plan members get a priority repair slot, no visit fee and 10% off repair labour. Parts are charged at the quoted price.
You can cancel any time. Unused services are refunded pro-rata as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
