From our base in Mohakhali DOHS, our vans cover most of Dhaka North and Dhaka South City Corporation areas six days a week. Below you’ll find the neighbourhoods we visit most often, typical arrival windows and how to book if you live just outside the list.
Coverage zones
We plan routes by zone to keep arrival times predictable. When you book, you’ll get a two-hour window and a call from the technician when they’re on the way.

Timing
Anyone who lives in Dhaka knows that a 6 km trip can take twenty minutes or two hours. We don’t pretend otherwise. Instead of promising an exact minute, we give you a two-hour arrival window and the technician’s direct number on the morning of the visit.
Morning slots (9 am – 1 pm) are the most reliable for areas far from Mohakhali. Evening slots up to 9 pm are available for working households in Zones 1 and 2.

Just outside the list?
We regularly travel to Savar, Ashulia, Keraniganj, Narayanganj city and Gazipur (Tongi and Board Bazar) for scheduled jobs — typically installations, bearing replacements and business servicing that can be planned a day or two in advance.
A travel supplement of ৳300–৳600 applies depending on distance. Tell us your exact location when booking and we’ll confirm the charge before scheduling.
Visiting our office
Our office and parts store are at Level 3, House 156, Road 22, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka 1206, Bangladesh. You’re welcome to drop by during working hours to buy spares, collect a repaired component or discuss a business plan. Please call ahead if you’re bringing a machine in — most repairs happen at the customer’s home.
