Most shaking, leaking and error codes on a new washer trace back to a rushed installation. We set your machine up properly — bolts out, level, plumbed, earthed and test-run — so it lasts the years it was designed for.
Our installation checklist
We check the cabinet, drum and door for transport damage before anything is connected, so any claim with the shop stays valid.
The shipping bolts that lock the drum are removed and handed to you — keep them for your next move.
Adjustable feet are set with a spirit level on a firm surface or stand, so the drum spins smoothly at full speed.
A short wash and a full-speed spin, while we walk you through the programs and daily care.
The inlet hose is fitted to a proper washer tap with a fresh washer and hand-tight fittings, then checked for drips under pressure.
The drain hose is set at the correct height to prevent siphoning, secured to the floor trap or standpipe, and tested at full pump flow.
We check the socket for a working earth and sensible load, and advise on a voltage protector where supply is unstable.
Before we arrive
Most buildings in Dhaka weren’t designed with a washing machine in mind, so a few minutes of preparation saves time on the day. If anything below isn’t in place, tell us when you book — we can usually sort it out during the visit.
Moving flats?
Moving a front-loader without re-fitting its transit bolts is one of the most common ways machines get damaged in Dhaka. On a truck, an unlocked drum swings freely on its springs and can crack the dampers, dent the tub or tear the bearings.
Our shifting service covers both ends of the move. We drain the pump and hoses completely, lock the drum, cap the hoses and prepare the machine for your movers. At the new flat, we reinstall it with the same seven-step checklist — including a new drain route if the bathroom layout is different.
If you’ve lost the transit bolts, we can usually supply the right ones for your model.
Installation pricing
Standard installation is ৳1,000 for any brand when a tap, drain point and earthed socket are already in place. Extra plumbing — a new tap, a longer inlet hose, a wall bracket for the drain — is quoted on site before we start. Shifting (uninstall and reinstall anywhere inside Dhaka) is ৳2,000, excluding transport.

Installation FAQ
Many shops send a delivery helper rather than a technician. If you’ve had shaking, leaking or error codes since day one, a proper installation check usually solves it. We’re also happy to inspect a shop installation for the regular visit fee.
Yes, as long as it’s protected from direct rain and sun, the floor can take the weight, and there’s a safe electrical and water connection nearby. We’ll advise on covers and stands.
We install stand-alone tumble dryers and washer-dryer combos. We don’t install dishwashers or built-in kitchen appliances.
Around 45 minutes for a standard setup. Add another 30–60 minutes if new plumbing is needed.
Book installation for the same day as delivery — we’ll coordinate with the shop’s delivery time where we can.
