Parts we replace
Coins, hairpins and lint jam the impeller. A failing pump leaves clothes wet and can trip the machine’s safety cut-off mid-cycle.
That jet-engine noise on spin. Left too long, the drum shaft wears and the repair becomes far more expensive.
Rubber seals tear and grow mould. A worn gasket leaks onto the floor and spreads a musty smell to your clean laundry.
A stuck valve can overfill the drum or refuse to fill at all. Dhaka’s sediment-heavy supply water is hard on them.
The interlock keeps the door shut while water is inside. When it fails, the machine won’t start — or won’t let you out.
Worn dampers let the tub hammer against the cabinet, making the whole machine walk across the floor on spin.
Brushed motors wear their brushes down over years. A worn set means the drum won’t turn, even though you can hear the motor hum.
Power surges and moisture damage the board. We repair at component level where we can, instead of always replacing it.
How we diagnose
A lot of washing machine “repairs” in Dhaka amount to swapping parts until something works — at the customer’s expense. We do it the other way round.
Our technicians first read the machine’s own error log where the model supports it, then resistance-test the heater, pump, valve coils and motor windings with a digital multimeter. Sensor readings are compared with the manufacturer’s service values. Only when a component is confirmed faulty does it appear on your quote.
That approach takes a few extra minutes at the start and saves you money on parts you never needed.
Control board repair
Voltage swings and sudden power cuts are hard on the electronic control boards inside modern washers. Many service centres will only offer a full board replacement, which can cost as much as a third of a new machine.
We inspect the board under magnification and repair failed relays, capacitors, fuses and triacs at component level whenever the fault allows it. If replacement is the only safe option, we source a genuine or tested board and program it for your model.
After a PCB repair, we strongly recommend a voltage protector — especially in buildings with frequent generator changeovers.

Most drain, inlet, door-lock and gasket repairs take 45–90 minutes. Bearing replacements and PCB work can take three to four hours or, occasionally, a workshop visit.
