About Easy Washer Fix
Easy Washer Fix is a Dhaka service company that focuses on a single appliance. Our technicians repair, install and maintain washing machines — and nothing else — which lets us train deeper, stock smarter and fix more machines on the first visit.
Our story
Like many Dhaka households, our founders spent years dealing with washing machine repairs that didn’t last. Technicians arrived late or not at all, replaced parts that weren’t faulty, and disappeared when the same problem came back two weeks later. The machines were getting more sophisticated — inverter motors, electronic control boards, dozens of error codes — but the repair trade hadn’t kept up.
Easy Washer Fix grew out of a simple idea: build a team that knows washing machines inside out and runs like a proper service company. That means trained technicians, a stocked parts store, written quotes, receipts, warranties and a phone line that actually gets answered.
Today we work from our office and workshop in Mohakhali DOHS, with technicians covering most of Dhaka six days a week. We still take every job personally. When a customer calls back, the technician who did the original work is usually the one who returns.
How we work
Our technicians work only on washing machines. They learn one appliance deeply instead of every appliance a little.
If a machine isn’t worth repairing, we say so. We don’t sell new machines, so we have nothing to gain from a replacement.
Quotes, receipts and warranties are sent on WhatsApp or email, so there’s never an argument about what was agreed.
Shoe covers, floor mats and a clean-up after every job. We treat your bathroom or balcony like our own.
The team
Every booking is handled by our support desk in Mohakhali DOHS. They confirm your slot, collect the model number and symptom, and brief the technician so the right parts go into the van.
Our field technicians come from electrical and mechanical trade backgrounds and complete in-house training on the major brands before they work on their own. They carry digital multimeters, service manuals on tablet, and a stock of the parts that fail most often.
Behind them, a workshop team handles control-board repair, parts testing and the occasional machine that needs a full strip-down.
What we believe
A washing machine is one of the hardest-working things in a Dhaka home. When it stops, the whole household feels it. Our job is to get it running again quickly, fairly and properly — and to explain what happened in words anyone can understand.
